My experience at The Venue was quite mixed. The staff showed remarkable efforts in the customer service department, especially when Margaret went out of her way to ensure we had food during a difficult time. However, I did notice a decline in cleanliness and a lack of adequate staff during peak hours. The dining experience was enjoyable with great food, but the overall state of the venue needs attention, especially regarding maintenance.

I had a lovely time at Dundrum House Hotel. The holiday homes were spacious, modern, and perfect for our family getaway. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when we needed a late meal one night. The food was excellent throughout our stay, but I noticed a few areas could use some updating. Overall, it was a great value for money, and I look forward to seeing the renovations completed soon.

Our stay was quite enjoyable, especially with the spacious, well-equipped cottage we had for the weekend. The hospitality from the staff was top-notch, and I appreciated the quick help from Bridie and Noel when I needed assistance. However, the closed pool was a major letdown since it was one of the reasons we chose this place, and better signage for check-in would have made our arrival smoother.
